Cruise The Pool. Rule The Lake.
The world's first motorized float built for adults.
Float Different.
Four reasons every other pool float feels like a kid's toy after this.
Motorized Power
Built-in electric propulsion gets you across the pool — or out to the middle of the lake — at up to 10 mph. Throttle on, paddling off.
Premium Build
Reinforced commercial-grade PVC, marine-grade motor housing, and UV-stabilized materials. This is not your $30 pool toy.
Built For Vibes
Cupholder and a waterproof speaker mount. Your floating command center.
Pool To Lake
Works in any water: lakes, reservoirs, slow rivers, beach — one float, infinite weekends.
Twin Jet Motors.
Dual underwater electric propulsion delivering 10 mph top speed. 90-minute runtime. Whisper-quiet marine-grade housing.
Dual Joystick Control.
One joystick per motor. Independent throttle for precision steering — lock in place, cruise straight, full directional control under your fingers.
Spec Sheet.
Backyard Mode: Engaged.
Sunday afternoon. Beer in the cup holder, speaker bumping, and you're cruising the perimeter of the pool while everyone else is paddling like it's 1995.
- Glides smoothly across chlorinated water
- Whisper-quiet motor — won't kill the vibe
- Fits in any pool 8 ft and wider
Game Changer At The Lake House
Bought this for our cabin and it's the most-used thing I've ever purchased. My kids fight over it. I fight over it. Worth every penny.
Cruise Mode Is Everything
I'm 47 and I haven't laughed this hard in a pool since I was a kid. Floats are officially fun again. The motor is way quieter than I expected.
Husband's New Obsession
Bought this as a gift. Now I have to fight him to get a turn. Build quality is way nicer than I expected for the price — feels premium, not like cheap pool gear.
Questions?
Do I need to register the float?
No. Despite its boat-like appearance and electric motors, Floaty Boats is designed for recreational use and does not require registration, a boating license, or any special permits. Inflate it, hop on, and enjoy your time on the water.
How long does the battery last?
A full charge gives you about 90 minutes of active throttle time — plenty for a session. The float keeps drifting (and you keep floating) once the battery's done. Recharges in about 2 hours.
How long until it ships?
All orders ship from our warehouse within 3-5 business days. Standard delivery is 7-14 business days.
How fast does it go?
Top speed is 10 mph — fast enough to cruise across any pool in seconds and cover real ground on a lake, but slow enough to be safe and family-friendly. You control the throttle.
What's the weight limit?
Floaty Boats is rated for adults up to 350 lbs. Two smaller adults can use it together for short cruises, but for best motor performance we recommend solo riding.
Can I use it in a lake or ocean?
Yes — freshwater lakes, rivers, and beaches with light surf are all good. The motor housing is rated to handle saltwater as long as you rinse it with fresh water after each ocean use.
